Legal & Compliance
Effective: 24 August 2026
IKARAS International provides software development, synthetic-data and fraud-simulation services. This page describes the legal posture of the public website; specific client projects may require additional contractual, privacy, security or sector-specific terms.
Business identity
IKARAS International is the public-facing operating brand through which Astraeus Group offers the services described on this website. The legal entity named on a proposal, invoice or signed contract is the contracting party for that engagement.
Privacy and data protection
We aim to follow applicable Indian privacy and technology law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 as its operative requirements apply, and other applicable obligations concerning electronic records, cybersecurity and lawful processing.
Synthetic data
Synthetic data is designed to reduce dependence on real personal data, but whether a generated dataset is legally or technically appropriate depends on how it was created, what source information was used, how it is validated and the intended use. Clients remain responsible for their own regulated decisions and model governance unless a contract expressly states otherwise.
Custom software
Client applications may require separate policies, consent flows, security measures, app-store terms, payment-provider terms or sector-specific compliance. Those requirements must be scoped for the actual product rather than assumed from this public website.
No professional advice
Website material is not legal, financial, medical or regulatory advice. Organisations should obtain appropriate professional advice for regulated deployments.
Security reporting
If you believe you have found a security issue affecting this website or an IKARAS system, contact help@ikarasinternational.com with enough detail for us to reproduce and assess the issue. Please do not access data you are not authorised to access.
Required disclosures
Registration numbers, tax identifiers, registered-office details or other statutory particulars should be displayed on the production website where and when applicable to the final operating entity. We do not publish unverified placeholder numbers.
