These Terms govern your use of the public IKARAS International website. They do not replace a signed proposal, statement of work, licence, data agreement or other contract for paid services. A signed engagement agreement controls if it conflicts with these public website Terms.
1. Website content
Content is provided for general business information. Descriptions, examples, interface concepts and statements about services are not guarantees of a specific project result, model performance, revenue outcome or regulatory approval.
2. App concept images
Images on the App Demos page are illustrative interface concepts. They are not live customer products and do not represent real user data.
3. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with availability, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use the site to violate applicable law or third-party rights.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, original website text, layout, code, graphics, branding and materials are owned by or licensed to IKARAS International/Astraeus Group. You may view and link to the public site, but may not republish, sell or misleadingly reproduce protected material without permission.
5. Third-party services
The site may link to third-party services such as LinkedIn or an email provider. We are not responsible for their availability, content or privacy practices.
6. No warranty
The website is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every page will always be error-free.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IKARAS and Astraeus Group are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of this public website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are intended to operate under applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory law that applies to a user or contracted engagement.
