Privacy Policy
Effective: 24 August 2026
1. Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how IKARAS International, operating as part of Astraeus Group (“IKARAS”, “we”, “us” or “our”), handles personal information through this website and business enquiries.
2. Information you provide
If you contact us, we may receive your name, email address, company or organisation, service interest and the contents of your message, along with any other information you choose to provide.
3. Information received automatically
The current standalone build does not intentionally use advertising trackers or analytics scripts. When the site is hosted, the hosting, network or security provider may nevertheless process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, timestamps and request logs for delivery, security and troubleshooting.
4. Contact form and email
The current contact form does not submit information to an IKARAS database. It prepares an email addressed to help@ikarasinternational.com in your own email application. If you send that email, your email provider and ours will process the message under their own terms and privacy practices.
5. Why we use information
- to respond to enquiries and requests;
- to discuss, quote and deliver requested services;
- to maintain business correspondence and records;
- to protect our website, systems, users and legal rights;
- to comply with applicable legal obligations and lawful requests.
6. Legal basis and notice
Where applicable law requires consent or another lawful basis, IKARAS will process personal data on that basis. When we request personal information through a form or another direct collection point, we aim to tell you what information is requested and the purpose for which it will be used.
7. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website or business, professional advisers, or public authorities where required by law. We aim to limit disclosure to information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
8. Retention
We retain enquiry and business correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations.
9. Your rights and choices
Depending on the law applicable to you, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent or grievance redressal. You may contact us at help@ikarasinternational.com. We may need to verify a request before acting on it.
10. India privacy framework
Where applicable, we intend to process digital personal data consistently with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 as their relevant provisions take effect, and other applicable Indian law.
11. International services
Email, hosting, cloud and other technology providers may process information in other locations. Their processing may be subject to different laws and contractual safeguards.
12. Children
This public website is intended for businesses and professional users. We do not knowingly invite children to submit personal information through the contact form.
13. Security
We use reasonable organisational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the website and information involved. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.
14. Changes
We may update this policy when our website, services, vendors or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows the current version.
15. Contact
Privacy questions, requests or complaints can be sent to help@ikarasinternational.com.
